Appreciated this brand-new hotel, would recommend. All in all everything was perfect, had a fairly nice stay for family vacation. The location was stunning and perfect, to the nearest restaurant! It was also very close to activities for kids as well as many restaurants. All members of the staff where kind.

Was a cosy base for weekend. We had a nice time in this brand-new hotel in Faliraki. The location was stunning, just a short stroll away from Faliraki Beach. Greatly enjoyed that it was set just next door to the public areas. The authentic restaurant onsite had fine dishes.

The energy and vibe at the hotel were off the charts. We had a blast at the water park just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the hotel. It was an adrenaline rush with excitement waiting around every corner. Plus, the variety of themed evenings at the hotel had us feeling like we were traveling the world, indulging in amazing flavors and cuisines. The hotel's excellent reputation with major tour operators and the large number of repeat customers just showed how awesome this place is. The self-catering accommodation was perfect for us, giving us the freedom to do our own thing while also enjoying the 4* hotel services.

If there's one thing we wished could be better, it would be the options for young party-goers. While the hotel had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay, we were hoping for some more exciting activities targeted towards young adults.

The units are bright and neat.The location is stunning and fantastic, relatively near Faliraki Beach.It's in a nice area not far from many restaurants and the beach.The hotel provided good customer service during our holiday.There's easy parking available and free internet too.

Spent my Xmas at a hotel near the beach. Loved the easy access to the beach and the stunning views of the ocean. The hotel had a small but well-stocked supermarket, which was great for stocking up on essentials. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in recommending places to visit nearby. A plus was the indoor shopping street, which offered a variety of products and souvenirs.

The hotel room was a bit dated and in need of a facelift. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower was not great, with low water pressure. The nearest supermarket was quite far away, and it took a while to reach it. The hotel could have done with more on-site dining options, as the restaurant at the beach was expensive and the menu limited.

We stayed at Epsilon Hotel for one week with my two teenagers and were warmly welcomed. The staff at the beach bar was really nice too. The hotel maintains a super chilled out atmosphere despite being 2km from the center. The location and sea view are amazing, and the whole outside area is very nice. The room itself is very big and bright, with a beautiful balcony. The staff, including the receptionist and breakfast waiter, were really friendly and helpful.

During our stay at Epsilon Hotel, we were delighted by the spacious and clean rooms. The one-bedroom apartment we were upgraded to provided ample storage and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was excellent, with a walk-in shower and separate toilet area. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave in the kitchenette. The complimentary bottle of water and sweet treats were a nice touch. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The pool area was well-maintained, and the sunbeds were padded and comfortable. our experience at Epsilon Hotel was enjoyable and we would recommend it.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. They even provided beach umbrellas and sun loungers, making it easy to relax and unwind by the water.

The location was great, right next to the beach and with a few shops nearby that were convenient. The breakfast offered was also good with a decent selection of items to choose from.

Our room was not clean and we found dirt and even hair in the bathroom, which did not make for a comfortable stay. the service was not as friendly and accommodating as we had hoped for, which made the experience less enjoyable overall.
